Summary0000435: Trim in preview disagrees with DCP
Description

I had a problem yesterday, but I think I know what may have caused it.  I was duilding a DCP from a trailer which was downloaded from the Internet.  It was in MPEG format, and I think that might have caused the problem.  On the beginning of the trailer there was an American green rating band.  I trimmed
this from the beginning of the file in DCP-o-Matic, and it had been removed in the preview, but when I played it in the cinema yesterday there was a
brief flash of it still there; probably 2 frames or so.  I'm guessing that  because the source was MPEG it couldn't use the exact start frame that I
specified, but had to start from the previous I-frame; does this sound possible?
