Hello I have authored a DCP with DCP-o-matic and it plays fine on my computer and someone else's computer. However, when we send that to cinemas, they have error playing it. Packing VF Subtitle enquiry
I tried to make a VF subtitle for my unencrypted DCP, it gets the error reel_writer.cc363
I am not sure if it is because the video and audio entry point of the last reel is different.
The Video starts at zero, but the audio starts at somewhere else.
Please help, thanks a lot.
