CPL Metadata for Sign Language
Hi,
I made two identical DCPs using the same assets(video, audio 5.1-HI-VI-SL and closed caption), one was made with Easydcp Creator and the other using DCP-o-matic. When I ran the Easydcp validation tool on the package from DCP-o-matic it accused two errors(see attached files).

Re: Error when open a project
Hi,
I made a new DCP with the same file but using open subtitles and Easydcp didn't flag any error.
The problem is occurring only with closed caption.

Re: Error when open a project
I made a new DCP with just "pt" language code, but Easydcp Player gave me same message: Code 60003 from Mon May 31 03:10:49 2021: XML format is not valid Validating against schema "http://www.smpte-ra.org/schemas/429-12/2008/TT": (l. 47) Element '{http://www.smpte-ra.org/schemas/...

Re: Error when open a project
Hi Carsten, Yes, I'm doing a DCP with Sign Language, Closed Caption and audio description. It's mandatory here in Brazil. I've just validated through Easydcp Player and the only problem found was on the cpl xml scheme language code (ClosedCaption pt-BR). I found a workaround for the inicial problem ...

Re: Error when open a project
Hi Carsten,
The drive (Raid5-HFSJ File System) is mounted and nothin was changed or deleted. This happened before doing the same project.
I'll try make a new project in other drive.
Thanks!

DCP with Resolve Kakadu Jpeg2000
Hi,
I'm trying to make a DCP with Kakadu Jpeg2000 from Resolve without reencode, but DOM always encode the file again. I'm used to make this process and I never had any problem before(I've just updated the software).
I think my settings are correct: Thanks!

Re: Writing DCP drives
I'm using Puppy Linux to format and transfer DCPs. It's very small and you can easily install using UNetbootin, the instructions are here:
