Is the sync consistently late, or does it change during the film?

Did you run a test card / reference DCP to check the sync where you are sitting in the auditorium?

I think the link is being reported because it links to an executable that they think is infected. I see the same report here. Unless someone has carried out a sophisticated attack on the DCP-o-matic web server I think this is a false positive. I reported it to Bitdefender so let's see what they think.

As Carsten says I would try Interop instead of SMPTE.

What files are you copying onto the USB stick? Can you show us a screenshot?

How are you formatting the USB stick? Are you using Mac or Windows?

How are you transferring the DCP to the projector? With a USB hard drive/thumb drive? If so, how are you copying the DCP onto the drive?

It's an old DCP format which uses MXF-wrapped MPEG2 for video (or, at least, I think that's what the OP means! )

DCP-o-matic's support for this might only be a few days away, if you can wait.

I think OpenDCP can do it. Other software, I don't know...
