DCP-o-matic

Making my first DCP in a while, and I can't find the menu where you can edit the language, number of reels, etc. I remember editing this in the past so that it would update the name of the DCP to fit DCNC protocol, but now all I see is Name, Content Type (Feature), Container, Resolution, Frame Rate,...

Mac Mojave. I am also very new to the software. I was able to create two feature-length 2k DCPs with seemingly no issues (though I haven't been able to verify them in a theater yet.) I'm just trying to change the title and that's where I'm getting this weird issue.

Also, I'm not really sure why it would even say anything has changed, since I literally just made the DCP and then once it was finished re-opened the same project. Nothing should have changed.

Yes, I tried both reloading the original DCP-o-matic project and starting a new project and adding the finished DCP to it. Both of them result in the "Some files have been changed" message, and then nothing happens and no new DCP can be made.
