The problem formatting drive without ubuntu is the Inode size. I not found tools for formatting drive in ext3 whit inode at 128 without Ubuntu or other linux distribution.
It's very important that Inode will be 128

install totalcode plugin toolbox: you can import in premiere audio and video from dcp, edit and export in files usable from dcp-o-matic.
