Re: DCP darker than source file
Hello, you should use gamma 2.2 for rec709 on the resolve timelime, and export. in DoM choose rec709 matrix. You can also output directly in jpeg2000 dci with resolve, in image sequence (in a folder). When exporting, choose JPEG2000 format, and the Kakadu DCI Flat or Scope codec (depending on your p...

Re: P3 DCI luminance shift/tint
I see in your first post that the DOM settings are on "Full JPEG 0-255" while you are using a video. Settings should be: 16-235

Re: P3 DCI luminance shift/tint
Hi Mathis,
Are you sure that your project Resolve to a destination color space set to p3-dci?
Because if it is set to p3-d65 and you encode with a p3-d63(dci) matrix then the output will be tinted green.
Maybe give us more details on the Resolve settings, in color management.
Steph.

Re: Inserting accessibility content to a DCP
Hello lukascouto have you read my last post on the subject? I made for the occasion an interface under Windows which uses ffmpeg to encapsulate a video in a wav file based on this document : https://files.isdcf.com/papers/ISDCF-Doc13-Sign-Language-Video-Encoding-for-Digital-Cinema.pdf I sent you a p...

Re: 1.66:1 film export
hi,
your aspect ratio appears to be 2.20. So the height of the useful image must be within the height of the DCP Scope DCI (i.e. 858 px)
in the content tab you 'll have to crop the top by 206 pixels and the bottom too to zoom into your content.

Re: Inserting accessibility content to a DCP
I have just made a graphical interface which only works under Windows and which allows me to create the wav file for channel 15 of the DCP. If this helps anyone. 1) The video frame rate shall be 24.0 fps regardless of any other DCP frame rates in use. 2) The video shall be 480 pixels wide and 640 pi...

I obtain almost the same result with other encoders. Position between 160 and 200 Mbit/s for 2K In your case the images a...
