Hey folks,
It seems that after a restart, I was able to crop as normally. Strange behavior but not impossible given windows 11.

Cropping issues
I'm working with a file from a filmmaker which has an excessive amount of black pixels on all sides of a flat image. I can take care of a portion of the black space by cropping in up to 22 pixels on the top and bottom but further cropping doesn't seem to help as it takes lines off the image but does...

Audio analysis error
Hey folks,
I ran into an error that I haven't seen before. Original file is a 29.97 fps, 2 channel stereo .mkv ripped from a standard def DVD. Audio analysis fails and I get this popup. Any guesses what might be going on?

3D DCP from 3D blu-ray rip
Hey folks, Did anyone on here ever perfect the steps to create a 3D DCP from a 3D blu-ray rip? I experimented with this process a few years ago and I couldn't ever nail it down. I'm hoping to run something in February that Lionsgate supposedly no longer has DCP materials for (but has a 3D blu-ray.)

Burned in subs layered on top of each other
Hey folks, I was trying to create a DCP with burned in English subs taken from a blu-ray via MakeMKV. Everything worked as it should in VLC player but once the subtitles were burned into the DCP image they display layered on top of each other. Some also seem to get stuck on screen longer than they s...

Re: subtitle problems
This particular .mkv file has ASS [Eng] and ASS [Ita] subtitles. The English titles are the ones I'd like to be working with. I don't know the origin of the file as it was sent to me online. The file that I had similar problems with earlier in the past week was an .mkv that I ripped from a Warner Ar...

subtitle problems
I created a 2K flat SMPTE DCP with burned in subtitles from an .mkv file a handful of days ago and the subtitles displayed for only a very few frames and disappeared. They also bled off the sides of the image and off the bottom of the screen. I tried again today with a different subtitled .mkv file ...

Re: 2.17:1 aspect ratio
Yes, I can definitely create a 2.17:1 screen setting on the projector. I was just curious if screen positioning within the container was a DOM option that I hadn't discovered yet.
