Be sure to set the number of threads to 20. Also, reading from and writing to the internal SSD will be faster than on an external HD or SSD. In my experience, making 4K DCPs is slow, even with the help of encode servers.

Maybe it's related or not, but when making a DCP from a Blu-ray, PGS subtitles are not following the cropping set in the Content/Video tab.
