Are you able to ingest in the server? If not, what error messages are you seeing?

If ingested, what error messages are you seeing when trying to project?

You could also consider making the 2K DCP from the original source file.

I'll just add my two cents here: DOM should probably have a few options for mid-side processing* based on the ones available here: http://elias.altervista.org/html/3_speaker_matrix.html * I think the "Mid-side decoder" in DOM should be renamed "Mid-side processor" or "Stereo...

And I get 99 fps on the Sintel benchmark with the following setup:

• Host: Mac Studio Ultra 20-core with 2Gbit ethernet
  Nodes 1 - 6: Mac Pro 2013 12-core 2.7GHz, 2Gbit ethernet

Benchmark Bunny DCP, macOS 13.4, Mac Studio Ultra

DOM 2.16.78 :

Thu 14 Mar 11:02:58 2024: Transcode job completed successfully: 51.00 fps

DOM 2.17.13 :

Thu 14 Mar 11:05:13 2024: Transcode job completed successfully: 63.00 fps

When I mix sound for my films, I'm pretty precise about placement and in general my L and R channels are what I want the viewer to hear. You might ask why I don't do a 5.1 mix - and that is a good question. Would you consider mixing in 3.0 (LRC)? Rather then fiddling with a MS processor in a stereo...

This is our fixed 16:9 screen. With Denis Villeneuve in front of it.

OK, I should have said that on our fixed 16:9 screen, when 16:9 content is in a flat DCP, we zoom the projector so as to fit vertically, thus projecting the black pillars outside the 16:9 screen.

The projector lens zoom has to be adjusted so as to put the black outside the visible screen.
