Dolby stereo Encoded soundtrack
I have a movie which was originally made with Dolby Stereo sound . It's a 3.1 sound matrix encoded in a 2-channel stereo track. Is there any way in DOM to tell the sound processor to correctly decode the track and play it via 4 channels (L,R,C, Surround)?

Re: Let's Talk About "The Process", Shall We?
I really have no intention to enter a p***ng contest on this one. Please read my post again. It says: It works great for me . Your mileage and preferences may vary. What's wrong with extFS 2 or extFS 3? If it works, don't change it. And it has been working great for me the last 5 years at least. Ine...

DOM Preferences in MacOS 12.6 Monterey
Hi Guys,
I cannot find the location of com.dcpomatic folder. I have it saved so all the info can be reused on a different machine.
MacOS 12.6 seems to treat prefs differently.
It is not urgent, but your help is required.

Re: KDM validity period starts before or close to the start of the signing certificate validity period
OK. Let's clarify some points. 1. I am getting this error message only when creating DKDMs from DOM. I need that to playback encrypted DCPs on my machine. On the other hand, KDMs from DOM created just fine. Nothing to do with start or end of validity period. I can't keep all DCPs on the machine so i...

Re: KDM validity period starts before or close to the start of the signing certificate validity period
No. I don't have that problem with date and time. I have gone to 2.15.47 since my first post and the problem persists. What's even more puzzling is that stable versions (currently 2.14.26) produce DKDMs with no problem and they can be imported into KDM creator (2.15.47), and the KDMs it generate are...

Re: An attempt to download certificate from Dolby results in an error message
No.
It belongs right here.
I was trying to do it using DOM KDM Creator.
Just so you know.

KDM validity period starts before or close to the start of the signing certificate validity period
I have installed today a test version of DOM 2.15.38. It failed to start due to a missing library. So I went back to 2.15.37, made an encripted DCP and tried to create a DKDM for it Then I got this message: KDM validity period starts before or close to the start of the signing certificate validity p...
