I got an better file directly from the director of the movie. With this I made a nice dcp.
She (the director) was very pleased - it was much better than her BluRay Version. and the 3channel upmix sounds just better than stereo in an cinema.

Hello, I did create a file with working subtitles, but a little different, then u told me in the thread... but only because I did not find the properly "buttons"... So I got not an VF - I got an full OV. And it was not synchron... how can I fix that? In Minute 10, the subtile is 90 seconds...

the videofile was corruptet.
The old version createt the dcp with the mistake, the new version not.

I cancelled all, but can do it tomorrow again (the error will occure). Where do I find the "log" and "metadata.xml" files?

As I mentioned in an other thread, I have the problem that "... another film file crashed these days with version 2 ... maybe I have to install it agein (I make a dcp rhight now with version 1.78.0)". In fact "crash " is wrong - it stucks at 1% - even during a hole night. No dram...

Strange that the program did crash when adding this srt file... but this was while creating a new dcp from a mov. file.
