Wrong content type.

I have created a DCP with the content type set to Trailer when it should have been Short. As shorts go it's quite a long one, so I don't want to re-do the whole job from scratch if I can help it. What is the best way to fix this. We will only be showing this once, but I will be sending it on to anot...

Re: Colour problems

I have just had a similar problem with today"s show. We are screening "reach for the Sky' in a joint presentation with a group involved in a local Second World War airfield where part of the film was shot. Before the feature there will be a PowerPoint presentation, and a short consisting o...

Content type 'Pattern'

Our Doremi server has a content type of 'pattern'. At the moment the only content we have of this type are three different versions of black, two of which are 3D, and so of no use to us. the 2D one does work, and the length of time to play it is specified when it is added to a show playlist. I am gu...

List of users.

My name is on the list of supporters, but we are not on the list of users. Could we be added please? We are the David Lean Cinema, Croydon, England.

Thank you.

Re: Encode Server on Macs

If you select DCP-o-Matic in the Finder and right-click on it then select 'Show package contents' you will see a 'Contents' folder, and within that a 'Mac OS' folder. Inside that you will find the server.

Re: dcp-o-matic 2 crashes

I had the same problem with older, 1.x versions; it doesn't happen very often. What is the latest released version?

Re: dcp-o-matic 2 crashes

I just had it happen this morning. Building a DCP from an Indian feature film; I don't often do features. Two Macbook Pro laptops, both running 10.10.5 Yosemite. dcp-o-matic version 2.9.0. What is the 'git' number after this? Is it significant? The encoding server screen shows the following: Last lo...

Re: dcp-o-matic 2 crashes

I have seen the same problem occasionally using Macbook Pro. At present using 2.9.0, but have also seen it with older versions. If it happens again to me I'll send a report, but it doesn't happen very often, once every few months typically.
