The name of the reels wont be visable in the cinema. The only title that is visable is the name of the dcp. It has nothing with to do with DoM. The reel is kind of background process. In the cinema you can skip to next reel but the reels will not have visable names.

You could also export these channels out as 6 separate mono files and then map the audio correctly inside DoM.
If you include in the filename R, C, LFE, Ls and Rs then DoM will most of time automatically map each channel correctly.

Another problem that you forgot to mention. Most of the time the blu ray frame rate is 23.976, that is not problem. DCP o Matic will speed the OV up to 24fps.
