Shouldn't be different for 4k. Right now I can only assume you or they did something wrong with the cert. You may try here wether CPL, KDM and cert match. It is now fixed. I had do replace the files, what i was trying to to is browsing to them inside settings of DoM.
But as soon as i just replace them directly then it worked again
