When you select the audio tab, there is an overall gain setting option. Enter -3.5 there, check the audio analysis again, and it should just NOT peak anymore. It will probably still show red - but that's okay, as long as it is below zero. If you already created the DCP - do it nonetheless within the...

How did you manage to get these high peaks above 0dB?

You should reduce gain for both channels by (-)3.5 dB. That will still leave you a decent overall loudness.

Yes. They usually contain the server/media block serial, but that is just a hint to the certificate, not the certificate itself.

Yes. 2.2:1 - but what about the mentioned 1.66:1 mask?

Usually, you would place this letterboxed into a 1.85:1 container/DCP.

I don't understand - 1.66 mask, 'and mostly scope'? Maybe throw up some images to show what you want to achieve?

This may be related to consecutive playing DCPs having different frame rates or resolution. As far as I know, putting short blacks between them solves it.

I would have to look it up somewhere, but I remember there are a few constraints about start offset/timecode relation in order to play ATMOS properly. Offsetting an ATMOS track itself in DCP-o-matic may indeed not work, since the TC for playback timing is baked into the ATMOS track and can not be al...
