Hi,
OK, that's interesting. Do we have any projector details yet?
Can you provide the DCP in question, or perhaps a DCP of a clip of the problematic source file?

Re: Convert from 10bit file
The data in 10-bit files should be preserved through the DCP-o-matic path. There has not been any particularly extensive testing of this, though. If you can make a short example available somewhere I can check that it works.

Re: DCP screening question
Firstly, how long does a typical DCP of feature length take to offload onto a cinema's system? Depends on many factors, but anything from half an hour to several hours. Secondly, what's the best approach if I'd like to have a still image, or series of still images, displaying continuously before th...

Re: Re-use 3D DCP with new audio mix
It might look like it's re-encoding, but isn't it going much faster than the original encode?

Re: Re-use 3D DCP with new audio mix
Hi,
Unfortunately at the moment there is a bug whereby 3D DCPs are not correctly imported. If you have the original DCP-o-matic project you can just replace the sound, re-make the DCP and it will re-use the video that it encoded on the first run. Will that work for you?

Re: DKDM Archive
Just to be clear, previously when generating a DKDM for DCP-O-Matic KDM tool, it created an XML file that we could store where we wanted and move from one machine to another. With the latest version, that ability to save the DKDM somewhere 'bespoke' has gone and it's not possible to locate where th...

Re: DKDM Archive
The DKDMs you want are in c:\Users\your_user\AppData\Local\dcpomatic2\config.xml.
Are you using them in some other program?

Re: Reading encrypted DCP
Hm, today I tried to do it again using different DCP and DKDM - it fails. I added manually AnnotationText, but it says "Document not well formatted". This should be fixed in 2.7.15; it will no longer insist on an AnnotationText tag. I've got some KDMs for an encrypted DCP and I wonder if ...
