Re: Please Help Clipster VS DOM

If this is just the thing that they don't want to work with content made with DoM then feel free to contact me if you want me to offer you DCP service. I do have Dolby Cineasset Pro.
My email is gunnar@cinelab.is

Re: DPX Sequence to DCP Flat result

Wild guess but I thing this is a gamma shift.
If you want you can send me for example 1 minute of the footage and I can investigate on my Dolby Mastering software: gunnar@cinelab.is

Re: Cinema Server doesn't recognize DCP File

There is nothing inside the project folder that cinema server is scanning through except the DCP folder itself. When you gave the projectionist the material again with the entire project, was it on the very same hard drive? This has definitely something to do with the hard drive or incomplete data t...

Re: Is it possible to remap audio channels in supplemental DCP without recreating MXF?

Channelmapping is not controlled by metadata. It is in fact not controlled by anything. The mapping just need to be in correct order in the MXF container.

Re: DCP-o-matic and .MOV

For what reason is the frame rate 59,94fps?
Was the film shot that way or did you just select it on export?
Every frame rates other than 24fps and 25fps is going to be a problem on most festivals.

Re: Again and again issues.

Ahh ok I see. Making DCPs and DCP versioning is also part of my business but I own Dolby CineAsset Pro for all money making works. But even if I have CineAsset I still always have DoM installed on all of my computers and I have never any problem with it. The reason for why I have CineAsset is not be...

Re: Again and again issues.

Even more that my system is windows 7 up-to date, well managed and minimalistic configuration. So everything else work, only DOM do not. Windows 7 is now officially discontinued and Microsoft wont make any more updates. https://www.lansweeper.com/news/are-you-prepared-for-windows-7-end-of-life/ Sof...

Re: CPL and UUID

UUID is part of the cpl filename in every commercial DCP mastering softwares like: Dolby CineAsset, EasyDCP and Clipster so I am sure if Clipster is struggling with something the UUID in the filename is not the reason for it.

Re: Again and again issues.

I have no time to debug your crappy software May I remember you that you are not a client? You are enjoying the privilege of using great free software. So there are no reason to be rude. Do you really thing that if the program had this problem it would have been existing in every version for almost...

Re: Karaoke subtitles in DCP

No, this is not possible.
The only thing would be burning the subtitle to the video as both the interop and smpte standards does not support animated subtitles.
