No, I'm afraid not: SRT doesn't support font/size formatting but it does support formatting text for Italics by inserting the code <i> at the front of the text and closing with the code </i> at the end. Do you have a .otf or .ttf file of Arial Black on your system?

I have Arial Black listed in my font book but beyond that I don't really know. It was on the fonts available for Aegisub.
