Encrypted DCP and DKDM

Post by Guddu »

If i have a encrypted DCP and a DKDM (for my DOM Certificate) then can I make changes to that DCP to generate a new DCP? Changes like adding a new subtitle? Is it possible with DCP-O-Matic?

You may modify that DCP using the OV/VF approach, that way e.g. adding subtitles. You may also create a new DCP, but, depending on the changes you want to apply, it may need (partial) re-encoding.

Hi! May I ask, how did you used the received DKDM to decrypt the DCP? I don't know what to do. Thank you!

Add the encrypted DCP to a project, right-click it and choose "Add KDM."
