[SOLVED] KDM for GDC SX2000

I was trying to create a KDM for an GDC SX2000 server and a NEC NC3200S projector. The error message is "no package found" when we send the file to the server. The film is in the server but it is locked. I'm working on OS X DCP-o-matic v. 2.10.5.

How did you send the file to the server? Are you sure you sent the plain XML file, and not the ZIPed version?

Do you have immediate access to that server, or are you sending the KDM to them from a remote location?

Is the KDM referencing the same CPL as the content that's in the server? Is the start date valid?

Also, the projector has no bearing on content management.

The manager will send a new file of his certificate. I will be able to test with the new file. It's a remote location. I sent a .zip and also the xml file
