Simple MP4 Conversion?

Hi there, I am a complete new user to this. I'm trying to convert an 18 second MP4 video to be shown in our local theater. For some reason it keeps hanging at the same point and I get this error message. Any ideas?

Could not start jpeg2000 endcoding (4).
It is not known what caused this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!
