KDM error

Good day.
I created kdm for the encrypted version of dcp, for the Dolby server, the server saw my key, but when I downloaded it, I got an error, and that I can read it in the log, I saw an error in the log - "singer cirtificate format is incorrect"

attach server certificate and error.

It may be because the validity of your signing certificates starts at 11:27 on 20/3/2019 and your KDM runs from 00:00 on 20/3/2019. Can you make a KDM with a start time after 11:27? (preferably a few hours or ideally a day after) and try that?
