I had already told you about (ECP) and you answered that you know nothing about it
I brought you files from the machine (ECP)
If you can analyze it and see if there is a way to do it

Ah, so it looks like a "ECinema" i.e. mpeg2 package. DCP-o-matic doesn't support those at the moment, I'm afraid.

'ECP' is a bit misleading, as it suggest a special format. But I think it is just an MPEG2-Interop DCP (deprecated nowadays) as used widely between 2005 and 2010. These can be created by other software.
This one has been created by Qube Master Pro.

There is a way to create MPEG2-Interop with OpenDCP, however, you need to encode MPEG2 on your own with a compatible MPEG2 encoder. The creation of the MPEG2-Interop-DCP should then be possible with OpenDCP.

The MXF files can be played with VLC for checking. DCP-o-matic will also open these MXF files, but you can only convert them into JPEG2000-DCP.

If you use the forum search function with the keyword 'mpeg2', you will find some other discussions regarding MPEG2-Interop.
