Export DKDM to edit in DVS Clipster

Post by jozepost »

Hello, I need to send DKDM to a company who were be generating new KDMS, and they gave me a DVS CLIPSTER certificate, add a new screen and load it.

But when I export DKDM they can't open it... This DKDM it's only usable by DCP o Matic?

No, DKDMs are universal. In nearly all of the cases this and similar things happened, they sent to wrong cert or the DCP-o-matic user applied the wrong cert.

If you send your DKDM over to carl@dcpomatic.com I may be able to give some ideas.

Thank you, I'll send you the files and a screenshot because I didn't see an option to load the certificate in the DKDM dialog box

Hmm, I guess that's a misunderstanding on how to use a remote DKDM?

Probably was the wrong certificate as you said Carsten.
