Which Peli case for Portable Hard Drives
Subject says it all, which one is appropriate?

Pelican 1400 is typically used, but there is no strict rule. You have to do the cutouts on your own anyway, so, choose whatever you can source easily and fits the drive. Also depends on what you want to ship with the drive. Some still add the MoveDock, that won't fit into a 1400 with the drive.
A lot of discs arrive in card-board boxes anyway now.
