Hi,
Chapter 3 of the manual describes how do to this. Have you looked at that?

Is the OP talking about converting a ProRes 4444? If so, I understand that he or she'll need to buy a codec for that. I've seen it online somewhere. Apple have not made ProRes 4444 codec available on Windows. You can do it under Linux as the codec seems to be there already.

As far as I can see FFmpeg supports Prores 4444 so they should be fine on DCP-o-matic.
