Hi,
I'm trying to make a DCP of a short film which has arrived to me as a 4k mp4 file - however loading it into DCP-O-Matic ends up with the short showing up as [audio] instead of [movie]. Any ideas?
4k .mp4 files coming into DCP-O-Matic as audio-only

If you look in the project folder that you created, there should hopefully be a "ffprobe.log" file - can you attach it? Or send it to carl@dcpomatic.com

Thanks; the decoding library doesn't like the codec that has been used for your video for some reason.
I assume you're using some 2.14.x version of DCP-o-matic? Perhaps you could try with the current test version?

gotcha, I'll update ASAP.
meanwhile, I did get it to work with a .mkv version of the film file!

Seems to be a slightly unusual AV1 codec wrapped in MP4.
