Hey everyone...
When i import a dcp i get the following error:
"Could not create parser context"
Is there a simple solution?
Thanks in advance!
Could not create parser context
Re: Could not create parser context
Hi,
Is that the whole error message? What version of DCP-o-matic and what platform? (mac/windows/linux)

Yes, thats the whole errormessage in DCP-o-matic...
If i try to open it in player, there is also a errormessage, that is more detailled... See attahced screenshot.
I am on version 2.14.56 @windows 10

Re: Could not create parser context
Strange - maybe it has something to do with the fact that the DCP is on a network share. I'll test it out myself and see if I can reproduce it.
Re: Could not create parser context
I can't reproduce the problem loading from a network share here on Windows - do you definitely have access to the files in that DCP? Is it possible to copy the DCP to a local drive and see if you still get the error?

Re: Could not create parser context
I am the admin, so the rights are not the problem
I have other dcp folders on the same network drive, those are working fine..
I tested the file based on your suggestion on a local drive, that works fine...
So something is in the dcp that create the error... .Other dcps working fine

Very strange - perhaps you could load that ASSETMAP.xml into a text editor and show us what you see?
