Google Translate: Playlist failed to play, unknown reason 0
@niuniu,
Log files, validity check, sanity check, would tell more than those snapshots.
And what is that icon that is on the right side of each and every failing DCP?
Are those DCPs fully and validly ingested?
What are those double underscores? Are there invalid characters on the CPL names?

I haven't worked with IMS3000s, but my guess is that the first photo is out of the ingest monitor and the second from the cinelister.
My guess, seeing a full feature failing once after 19 minutes and then after only one minute is that the problem is with the content source (hard drive or network storage) and has nothing to do with DCP-o-matic.
Between the list, quite a few DCPs among that list only ingested successfully with the second attempt.

I get the impression that "you are barking under the wrong tree", meaning that you are trying to figure out what is wrong with DCP-o-matic, when the problem lies elsewhere in the chain between creating a DCP and screening it.

Are these encrypted DCPs? These double underscores are weird indeed. Guess we simply need more information. Failing during ingest is most likely a problem with the ingest drive/media/files/transfer. The IMS3000 has no known trouble playing DCP-o-matic DCPs.

Thank so much for every one.
We don't know what happened with this projector server and we have no more chance to test it.
We repacked the films by DaVinci and then it worked
It seems that this is a mystery case with no definite answer for the time being.
