DOM Player does not start properly

DOM Player does not start properly

Today when I open the DOM, I found that DCP-o-matic can start normally, but other attached software, such as Player could not start. the version I am using is 2.16.65, I tried to uninstall and reinstall 2.16.70 the problem still exists, may I ask what happened?
