Hi
I have not used the program for about a year because of a medical problem I just down loaded version 2. I tried to use two video formats, M4V from H2.64 and m2v. After the program examined the files I just got a black screen. Or the area that should show picture went all white.
I re-output the video in mp4 and after examination I got picture as a I should. I did try making a DCP with the first two formats but nothing played except the audio in my DCP player. The mp4 version is outputting now.
When last I used this in 2015 I had no problems with the other formats.
Any ideas?
