Sound delay when exporting H264

Any clip of the film would be fine, so long as it shows the same delay problem (and has something happening which you lets you see the sound/picture sync)!

Just for reference, I sent you, Carl, a video I had issues with, until I used the same method I described to get rid of the unnecessary audio stream.
It was a school screening, and the movie came as an .mkv file.
