Really weird, in the begining I thought it was a trouble with the subtitles time code, but, I checked them like several times (I made then again from scratch) and create many VF's so I conclude the issue must be on the DCP or the Projector.
I've received a DCP from the film as usual
... 51_4K_BIT_IOP_OV
Frame rate: 24
Then I created a VF from that DCP and added the logo image of the company and the SRT subtitles file.
Then I remove the logo image and only left the SRT file.
Either way the subtitles came out of sync in the projector but in DOM DCP PLAYER were fine.
The theater projector is BARCO 2P2K10S and the server is DOREMI/SHOWVAULT 3RU
That's why I believe the issue has something to do with the projector or DCP it seems that when the projector decodes the 4K into 2K creates a gap among the time codes in a ramdom way because the subtitles start synched perfect then in a few minutes went out of sync and then get sync again and finished out of sync.
