MP4 to DCP Audio Sync Issues

Was there ever a resolution to this issue? I am having similar sync issues specifically with the GDC SR-1000 but it is not with everything I build, just a few things and it doesn't seem to be isolated to .mp4's. Just curious if there is something out there with certain sound files, etc that anyone has found that definately work better?
