Could not open MXF file for reading (error-101)

I am using DOM ver 2.14.47(and tried 2.14.37) on windows 10 pc. could not open a DCP and have got this error.
Any ideas are welcome!

The most likely reason for this is a corrupted file. Can you run the DCP-o-matic verifier on the DCP? It's in the player (Tools menu).

That shows the same error, can not verify! (An error occurred whilst handling the file wav.....blabla.mxf)

Where does that MXF originate from? Very likely that it is either corrupt, or not a compliant digital cinema MXF file.

Wow, As Carl and Carsten explained It was a corrupted file on the hard disk, A fresh copy faded out all error messages.
