DCP-o-matic

Hi,
My manager is asking me to convert this 2:30 long video to a DCP. I've never done this before and am kind of freaking out lol. When I upload the video it only plays for 2 seconds before freezing. I don't know if the DCP version will work if this happens and I really need this by tomorrow. I have no way of checking the DCP as it doesn't load on my computer.. HELP

When you say "upload" do you mean you added it to a DCP-o-matic project?

Does it freeze within DCP-o-matic before you create the DCP? Or does it freeze on the cinema projector after you created the DCP and sent it to the projector (playback server).
