Syncing certificates

How to sync certificates between several machines that are using DOM?
If for example you make encrypted DCP on one machine and want to be able to make KDMs on two other machines for that DCP but you don't have project files (metadata.xml and project folder) ... only DKDM file for DOM.
How to do that?
Is it posible to use export/import commands from preferences/keys dialog to use machines B and C for KDM management for encrypted DCPs that are created on machine A?
Is there any workflow for this kind of scenario?
