DCP-o-matic

OK, probably a dumb question, but when you use a 1920x1080 Prores as source and the image aspect ratio is 2.39 (i.e. with black bars top & bottom) do you create a DCI Flat or a DCI Scope and crop away the black?

I would suggest cropping away the black then choosing DCI scope.
