Burned in subs layered on top of each other

Post by Ross Meyer »

Hey folks,
I was trying to create a DCP with burned in English subs taken from a blu-ray via MakeMKV. Everything worked as it should in VLC player but once the subtitles were burned into the DCP image they display layered on top of each other. Some also seem to get stuck on screen longer than they should.
I've attached photos of how the subs are displaying as well as how they look on VLC player.

Is it possible to get hold of the MKV file?

Perhaps you could try this version (2.16.10) as I believe things should be better there...
