DCP-o-matic

Hello
I am unable to open any of the DCP-O-Matic software on my Windows 2008 r2 machine.
I have it running at other locations with similar builds.
I don't get any pop ups or other errors. I double click the icon and nothing happens.
I'm using the latest update, but it hasn't worked since before Covid times, using different updates.
Running as admin doesn't work either.

Have you tried locating the preferences file and trashing (better: renaming) it?

Renaming, then deleting did not work.
