It is actually DCP-o-matic 2.16.40devel git fd9bfea202 , not disk writer.
BTW - on a Mac, you don't actually 'install' DCP-o-matic - you just drop it into a folder. You can have as many versions in different folders as you like. Just create unique folder names following version numbers.

Thanks again Carl! Unfortunately this version doesn't work either. Same error messages like with the very first one.

Can we see a screenshot of the error that says "The drive X could not be unmounted. Close any application that is using it..." ?

Here is what happens:

Then it looks that I can copy on the disk:

After that nothing happens.

Looks like there's no error about the unmount failing this time?
There is however a bug with the translation - can you try typing the English phrase "I am sure" into that box instead of typing "Ja"? The instruction is translated but the check is unfortunately not.

Alright, this is exactly what I did this time:
The Program starts in English:
- Bildschirmfoto 2023-01-15 um 16.07.45.png (55.38 KiB) Viewed 904 times
When I pressed copy this error massage showed up:

After that this error message showed again:

Then the german mask showed up and I typed "i am sure". Nothing happened.
