Hello. Perhaps my question will be a bit stupid, I have read a ton of materials, but I have not yet understood one thing - is it possible to see if the released key was launched and whether the DCP was played? I will be very grateful for your help.

No.
All DCI cinema playback servers log key ingest and playouts, but they are not automatically signalled back to the rights owner/issuer. They are usually stored locally on the server until someone exports and analyses them manually.
Larger chains may operate their systems networked and controlled through TMS, NOCs, and may call these logs on a regular basis. Some e.g. feed back playout logs of ads in order to fullfil advertising/payment contracts.
