DCP-o-matic

Hello.
We have been given a .MOV file with 7.1 audio that we would like to convert to a 5.1 DCP file. Is there a way to do this?

The easiest thing would probably be to make a DCP without the extra 2 surround channels, which you indeed do in DCP-o-matic. There's some details on the audio mapping here. Let us know if something isn't clear.
