Before bringing files to DOM/Still working with low quality media (stuttering issues)

Hi everyone.
I'm working with some 2k files with H264 encoding.
In some pan and tilt movements but even more in the ending credits i can see the image stuttering, as happens with most h264 files. After rendering the dcp the stuttering is still there, in the cinema screen.
I've been wondering if there's any way I can solve this before bringing the file to DOM, do you guys know something that may help?
