Echec du chargement du Show / failed to load show

Hi all,
I have a report of a DCP which gives the above error on a Doremi on playback. It's 4K @ 25fps - does anybody know if that's a problem? Or have other suggestions?

I have never seen a 4k-25fps DCP in the wild. Many 2k-25fps. I never tried, so I have no idea if a Doremi would fail on one.
I assume they can play other 'normal' 2k/24fps DCPs on that Doremi?
I could create a few test DCPs for a friend to check on his Doremi. But I guess they could that as well?

Time is tight with this one but they are going to try again with 2K interop. Some tests might be interesting but I guess it might depend on software versions and so on...

I mean, would be an easy test to do a short passage of it set to 24fps.

True, though I think this is a "just make it work already" situation.
