Hi,
I am having trouble finding our encoding server. I have a server running ubuntu and a pc on windows. I'm trying to find the encoding server on the windows pc but it does not seem to be working.
Both the server are connected via the theatre network. I am able to use ftp between the pc and server, so the pc and server has no problem connecting to each other. I have also tried pinging the server on port 6192-6194 and it is working fine.
I have tried using the automatic search network for server with no success. I have tried adding it manually and it still does not find the server. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Is there someone here who could maybe provide some guidance?

Could it be that DCP-o-matic on the Windows PC does not have permission to access the network?
