DCP-o-matic

Hello,

I am new here. I run a small 2 screen theater. I use DCP-O-Matic to make ads and other pre-rolls to put on before the movies play. I have a DSS200 server on one NEC projector and the IMS2000 server on the other projector. Lately I cannot get my DCP's to load on my IMS2000 server projector. They upload just fine on my DSS200 server. They just always fail to load now when I upload to my IMS2000. Is there something I might be missing? When I made ads before they uploaded to both servers fine. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

How are you uploading the DCPs? Across a network, or via a USB drive etc.?

Mike - I saw on film-tech you solved the issue by updating DCP-o-matic - do you still know which version of DCP-o-matic you ran until you upgraded? Did you create SMPTE or Interop DCPs?
