Encrypted DCP with KDM supported on VLC Player 2.2.2

Its mentioned in the VLC site that version 2.2.2 supports playback of Encrypted DCP with KDM.Has anyone tested?

Playback performance AND documentation is so bad, I didn't bother trying...

Yes, no realtime playback, no xyz-RGB. Frame-Step-byStep works.
It's more efficient to reload the MXF into DCP-o-matic and play from there...
