VF DCP encoding never ends

Hello,
I'm trying to make a "version file" of an existing DCP (made with DCP-o-matic) with a different audio mix (a PCM 48kHz 24-bit wav file). So I checked "Refer to existing DCP".
Problem : encoding never ends ! DCP-o-matic is not crashed but very slow, more and more slow. I can see the mxf audio being created at 10 MB/s, then 1 MB/s, then 100 kB/s... etc
It gets slower and slower and never ends.
I tried with different audio files, and different DCPs : same strange problem.
Do you have an idea ?
Thanks !
